Assists Importers and exporters to provide
up to 100% of the purchase costs of finished goods against confirmed
purchase orders.
A transactional agreement is one whereby funding is provided
to assist an Importer to purchase a large consignment overseas
for ultimate delivery to a U.K. Customer. The Finance is provided
to assist in raising of a documentary credit for the initial
purchase. The finance can be provided through the transaction
up to the ultimate receipt of the monies due from the customer.
Funding can also be provided to exporters with similar to that
of Importers but in reverse.
Credit insurance can be included for the protection against
possible bad debt.
Stock Finance
The facility allows companies to stock
against confirmed orders. Stock finance is a valuable addition
to working capital facilities, particularly to those businesses
involved in seasonal trade or where there is a management buy-in
or buyout involved. The facility can be part of a part of an
Invoice Discounting Facility or a "Stand alone" Facility.
